He took time to listen to people.
I cannot imagine how much patience and humility someone has to have to be the pre-existent incarnate all-seeing-all-knowing God in the flesh who knows everything and yet still taking the time to listen to His people?
He listened to the men walking along the road to Emmaus after His resurrection from death. He listened and put away His grudges with the Samaritan woman. He is a Jew, she is a Samaritan… He really listened and overlooked the misunderstandings.
I cannot imagine how much humility someone has to have to listen to people they have created themselves?
To take the time to listen to somebody that while they were walking up to Him, actually He already knew what they were going to say before they have said it. He was willing to listen without interrupting.
And here I am… I want to listen to you.
I will listen to you without interrupting you.
I will listen not only for your words.
I will listen to you while you were hurting.
And i will asked why it happened? Or i will not asked.
I will listen.
And I will speak to the essential truths.
Because Jesus showed me how to.
